Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas

Remove furniture and belongings from the installation area (unless otherwise arranged)

Ensure the work area is clear and ready for our team

We are not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe conditions, concealed hazards, pre-existing property issues, or failure to prepare the work area as instructed.
